Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with the MMS Directory platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Our ecosystem facilitates professional connections within the UAE, Qatar, and Oman luxury sectors. We reserve the exclusive right to modify these governance protocols at our discretion to maintain the integrity of our network.
Listing Requirements
Integrity is the cornerstone of the MMS Directory. All service providers are mandated to provide verified, accurate, and current professional data. We reserve the right to:
- Reject any profile failing to meet our aesthetic or professional benchmarks.
- Enforce mandatory identity verification for high-tier listings.
- Redact or terminate any listing associated with persistent negative user reports.
User Conduct
Users and providers alike agree to interact with the platform in a lawful and professional manner. Any engagement in fraudulent activity, automated data harvesting (scraping), or attempts to circumvent platform security will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist from our global network.
Billing & Refund Protocol
All premium listing and advertising fees are processed via secure encrypted gateways. Due to the immediate nature of digital promotion and SEO indexing, MMS Directory maintains a **No-Refund Policy** once a premium feature is activated, except in documented cases of internal platform failure.
Limitation of Liability
MMS Directory operates strictly as a neutral directory service. We do not employ, endorse, or manage the service providers listed on our platform. Consequently, MMS Directory assumes no liability for the quality of external services rendered or for disputes occurring between third-party clients and listed providers.
